Short term goals are great for keeping you focused and on track. So im curious, what are you guys currently training to accomplish?
I'm currently training for two separate events: to look great on my next cruise (may 31st), and to dunk a basketball on a 10 foot rim. Both goals require me to lose a couple of pounds. My cruise is 10 weeks away, so my prep starts now... I want to drop 8lbs
I want to lose 10lbs by June. I want to look into some races for the 2nd half of 2024.
